30 Volunteers Got Training!!!
A number of 30 volunteers from the university of Dodoma were attending for Volunteering training conducted
in Dodoma at Image Hotel for a period of approximately a week.Volunteers so trained have participated in leading
the Bonanza event which took place yesterday at social science college.
Other training are projected to take place this coming week.It was observed that 18 people among those trained got free to test
their HIV status after the training.
The topic on HIV testing was led by Dr.Chihomo and Nurse Matrida Gidion
in Dodoma at Image Hotel for a period of approximately a week.Volunteers so trained have participated in leading

WE HAVE JUST LED ANOTHER UNIVERSITY EVENT(BONANZA)
SPW Network of Dodoma had led a university students event(BONANZA) yesterday at Social science and Humanities college.The event was scheduled to start at 1500Hrs to Evening on 19th November 2011(Saturday).The event took place at Social science playground.
This event(BONANZA) was going alongside the following Topics of concern;

- money management
- stress management
- time management
- HIV and STIs
Other supporting activities that played a big deal to mobilise the students included:
- Football final(Humanities vs Education)
- Basketball final(Social science vs Education)
- Voluntary counselling and Testing of HIV
- live performance from various artists such as those of fine arts and design group.
The entrance cost was brought down to FREE FREE entry
This Bonanza was prepared by SPW-UDOM CLUB with the 15 trained peer educators in Collaboration with
Family Care International(FHI) and The University of Dodoma at large.
M & E Meets with SPW-UDOM Association
It was yesterday (13rd Nov.2011) when Staff from Restless Development Organisation met with
some representative members from the SPW-UDOM Association.The team included Mr.Kennedy Oulu,Mr.Tawanda Charamba,Mr.Omari Abunga,Amne Islam and few others(unmentioned).The few
leaders of the club who attended the meeting included;Kefar Mbogela(chairperson),Lawrence Ambokile(club coordinator) and his assistant(Scolastica Kabonge),Finance keeper(kelvin E.),Adelaide(Information person)
and Joseph Lugome(M&E person)
