leaders of the club who attended the meeting included;Kefar Mbogela(chairperson),Lawrence Ambokile(club coordinator) and his assistant(Scolastica Kabonge),Finance keeper(kelvin E.),Adelaide(Information person)

The purpose of conducting the SWOT analysis of SPW-DOM volunteers was to strategically place the team for growth and harmony with Restless Development, Tanzania;s new strategy. This exercise has helped alot in coming up with potential best practises in scaling up our work with Universities in Tanzania, led and managed to a great extent by the ex-volunteers themselves and introducing a step-wise approach to capacity development. You guys make young people PROUD
