We are currently recruiting for a Finance and Audit Advisor to provide oversight, guidance and support to Restless Development Tanzania on our National Board. The Finance and Audit Advisor will working closely with the Chair, Director and Management Committee and will participate in quarterly national board meetings, and support the board to achieve it’s objectives in support of the organisation. This is an ideal position for anyone who is a practising or recently retired qualified auditor or management accountant with audit expertise from an accredited body.

Legal Advisor (Voluntary) – Tanzania
We are currently recruiting for a Legal Advisor to provide oversight, guidance and support to Restless Development Tanzania on our National Board. The Legal Advisor will working closely with the Chair, Director and Management Committee and will participate in quarterly national board meetings, and support the board to achieve it’s objectives in support of the organisation. This is an ideal role for anyone who is a practising or recently retired qualified lawyer from an accredited body, and passionate about youth development as well as take an interest in contemporary development issues

Research Consultant (State of Youth) – Tanzania
We are currently recruiting for a Research Consultant to lead our ‘state of the youth research 2012’ in Tanzania. This is our second annual youth-led position paper and publication on young people and civic participation, livelihoods and employment and sexual and reproductive health and rights.This study will seek to generate the evidence of progress and/or lack of it on key indicators for youth development in Tanzania. This is an ideal role for someone with a proven track record in conducting researches and developing products that meet international standards of researches and evaluations.

The Consultant will create compelling images and messages that are suitable for donor audiences and can be disseminated using TV, radio, and internet to create greater visibility for our work, and ensure that our youth constituency in Tanzania is engaged at all stages.

We are currently recruiting for a Programme Quality and Learning Manager to be based in Tanzania. The Programme Quality and Learning Manager will oversee all aspects of programme quality and learning; capturing and communicating lessons from the field to inform policy-makers and practitioners; adapting what we know works into world class research for use by others; ensuring we are using data from the field to influence decision making across the organisation; and supporting our programmes team in their quest to bringing the most innovative, impact driven programmes for young people across Tanzania. This is an ideal role for someone who is a passionate and committed manager with strong experience in programme design, development, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks within the development sector.
